Aligned with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and its commitment to unlocking the potential of young national talent, the Decision Support Center is dedicated to empowering fresh graduates and cultivating their skills and expertise in its areas of focus. Through an annual graduate development program, meticulously designed around specialized tracks and conducted in collaboration with renowned international universities, the Decision Support Center equips graduates with critical, in-demand competencies. This initiative serves as a pivotal foundation for launching their professional journeys and shaping future leaders in the workforce.
In collaboration with the Harris School of Public Policy, the Center refined and expanded the program, developing the offered specializations to better align with evolving aspirations and to extend its impact across other governmental agencies through enhanced knowledge transfer and practical application.
